On an introspective journey through memories of lost love, mythology, and natural splendors, a man echoes the stories of other voices.
Thirty-year-old Jérôme undertakes a pilgrimage to the place where he met Giovanni, his ex-partner, in the hope of overcoming their separation. Between sensual and painful memories, he is captivated by the immensity of the natural landscapes and witnesses the symbolic union of Mars and Venus, thus rediscovering Eros, the life force. The story interweaves this intimate quest with the testimonies of gay men of all ages and backgrounds, exploring their relationship with nature and sexuality.
The film goes from lighthearted, poetic, and poignant anecdotes to a contemplative immersion, exploring the universality of desire and the urgency of preserving the beauty of nature.
Short film in production, produced by Next Days Films and Punchline Cinema, 20 min.
